I typically purchase my gas from a Shell station. On February 17, 2014 I stopped at the Notre Dame Avenue, Shell station in Sudbury. Pumps where busy so I pulled up to one marked full service. After waiting several minutes no one came out so I proceeded to fuel up. I asked the cashier why no one had come out since there were two standing in the kiosk and she said that there was no full service due to family day. This would have been ok but the price at the pump was 5 cents a litre more than the self serve. No explanation was given. My last purchase at this station and I will no purchase from Shell again.
