My husband bought me a Cuisart Coffee Grinder at High-Tech for Christmas. The unit broke almost immediately after I used it and when we brought it back (without a receipt or a box) the very cool staff just gave us a replacement no questions asked.
This NEVER happens when you by appliances from huge department stores and you rarely see a retailer stand by their product in this way. Thanks High-Tech. You guys rule.
