I have been going to Otani for shiatsu massages for over 2 decades. Over the years, I have tried a number of different places and have never found another massage place that even comes close to Otani. Yes - maybe the facilities could be a bit nicer/newer. But who the heck cares when the massages is so great. The staff are fantastic as well. One lady in particular always makes me laugh. Whenever I visit and she is my shiatsu therapist that day, I always get scolded (like my mother would scold me) about "being too tense" and spending "too much time in front of the computer". How right she is. I should be spending less time at the computer and more time at Otani.

I bought the coupon last December, and the coupon is expired in June. the coupon expire in 6 month without any notice. I was cheated. I am very angry Ootani shiatsu

I went to everywhere, from Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and finally here, I find something that is compatible with message that people suppose to get (shiatsu) at Otani. I have been around looking for the perfect shiatsu, always coming back to Otani.
They really give enough of pressure to your body. The people are friendly too. Very much recommended to people who would like to get rid the knuckle that they feel in their body.
