Awful, awful place, DO NOT take your shoes here. Michael Wallace promised that he could resize a 300 dollar pair of shoes for me, and when they were returned to me, they were still too big, and actually ruined to the point where they are no longer wear-able. He did not care, said he should never have taken on this project, and refused to compensate me. Never take your shoes here!!!!

Michael Wallace has many years of training and experience in the shoe making trade. Not simply a "shoe repair", this man literally MAKES shoes, boots, bags, upholsters furniture -- fabric and leather - these are the materials of his trade.
