I went to these people,on Monday, making it clear I needed my shoes by Saturday for a wedding- all I needed was the bottom of my heels replaced- they called them pin lifts. They not only weren't ready for pick-up, they replaced the heel, and tried to charge me for a job I never requested. They were rude, and completly disrespectful. NEVER AGAIN!! I have told all my friends and family. I hope you read this before you go here because, they were incredibly RUDE!!!
