I went in to return a pair of shoes that did not fit. The "manager" gave me grief that since I did not have the box that they would not be able to re-sell the shoes. I felt extremely uncomfortable.
Then he wanted me to pick out another pair instead of returning them.
I stated I did not want to buy another pair.
After the way I was treated and made to feel badly about making the return I will likely not be buying shoes their again.
