The shoes available at Quarks are definitely some of the best quality that you're going to find in the city. Like a lot of sales places, you can tell that they probably sell on commission because they were overly pushy in selling their product. If you take the "get in, get out" approach, you will end up with a good pair of shoes that will last and is overpriced.
