Staff was rude and gave me bad advice. They sold me a product that didn't work. I would never recommend this store.

Very happy with the friendly staff at the Newmarket Plaza, 130 Davis Dr. Newmarket, location (. I had new lifts put on my shoes.) When I picked them up they had been polished and looked like new shoes.
i would recommend them to my friends.

I took my daughters $200 boots to be re-soled and even had them write on the receipt if they could not do it not to try and to call me-instead they ground down the original sole and tried to slap on this thick rubber sole with rubber cement-COMPLETELY ruining them. I asked for a refund and the bubmling idiot wjo said he could do the job in the first place said he couldn't give a refund and that I would have to come back-great as I don't live in town. I am calling the Better Business Bureau next.
