I bought the tall burgundy boots with lace up onthe back last week. They are a wedge boot so very comfortable.
Nice boot to wear for the fall. I've gotten alot of comments on them.
I'm debating on getting the black one's as well. Thanks again :)

I should have read your reviews before going there. It was a casual visit and I ordered a shoe. As, it is an order, I checked with them, whether I can return it if I am not satisfied. They gave me a big YES. Later, it was not comfortable. Hence, i called them and stated the issue. They said, i can return and get a refund of what I paid. When I went there for return, I got a nasty reception and the way the manager spoke was like, I did steal something from them. The shoe was clean except for the dust(as it is only tried at home), because of trying. He fought with me, that the shoe was used and he cant sell it back and no customer will take that. He started raising his voice, when I said, I cant use that, as it's too painful to wear that and I dont want that. He got up to a fight and finally asked him, what i should do. He said, if I buy something for that price or higher, he was ready to take it back(If I buy soemthing else, he can sell the shoe it seems). To be precise, I am cheated by them. I felt helpless and insulted, before the other ppl, as he created a scene there and I bought another one.
The quality is the worst there. All of u, pls check the sole, before buying. because, I noticed last time that the glue in the shoes and sole is not properly sticked at all. U can pull it and with little effort, u can make it into pieces.
Finally, I got one another shoe, for a higher price(that's only one available for size 8) and was waiting in the counter. The manager came to the sales girl, who was processing my bill and asked her "is everything all right?" and gave me a dirty look and went, which I cant forget for the rest of my life. Ppl, if you need a genuine shop, if you have self respect, pls don't go there. U will loose all those, if u go. Only thing I can think of that moment to convince myself is, "God is there watching all these".-

I bought boots from Globo in Dufferin Mall and arranged to pick them up about two weeks later. When I came back I noticed the boots had been reduced but I did not have my receipt - the assistant said come back with the receipt to get the difference refunded. When I went back I was greeted by the cheap (and I mean cheap in the nastiest sense of the word) manageress who refused to refund the difference ($20 from $100 shoes). For such poor customer service I'd rather spend my money in other shoe shops – do not shop here unless you are prepared to put up with the nickel and dime manager.

I'm trying to find a location in Scarborough for Globo shoes so that I could go and it seems to be impossible to do. Even with my postal code your site will not show me locations. It was also very difficult to even find an area where I could try to look up locations. Very poorly done. A waste of my time and a sale loss for you. I know where the shoe co is located so I will go there instead.
