Customer service is sub standard. All I needed was to get owner to give me an official receipt print out for insurance purposes. It has been almost 2 weeks and I still cannot get it. Staff says owner is hardly ever in and keeps on telling me that they are due in and will do this. Already paid for my Birks. Surprised that they are not well versed in this given the type of shoes they sell. No follow up and I have had to call with no results. Try chasing them down for what you need, good luck! I will never buy from this store again!
