Completely unacceptable the painter is blind the installer was rude to my wife when she pointed out problems and was very intimidating. When I went in to complain a shutter FELL APART OVER MY BABYS CRIB a second time in person all of a sudden no one speaks english! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

Not even to mention that we did not recieved what we beieved we ordered. One of the shutters got wet when i left the window open and paint washed off like sugar so when i sanded it down to repaint it i founnd it wasnt even solid wood but little scraps that had been glued together

I had shutters installed for 8 windows of different sizes including a patio door. installers came at the appointed date and time and i even got an alert call the previous day. the advantage is that the vertical part of teh frame is narrow so it does not obscure teh window as some other shutters do. installation was done quickly and with little fuss. the installer noted 2 shutters would not fit as measurements done by their guy were incorrect. this was fixed and shutters installed in 3 business days (i am 75km from their location) with no cost to me. Very satisfied with and company ...........

i have owned shutters in 3 of my homes and never had any issues, unfortuately i had a poor experience with "star shutters" first of all the quality of the shutters was very poor and not like the samples i was shown there are runs in the paint the louvers do not close properly and the installer was less then professional and there is NO SERVICE after your purchase even though i was assured there was a guarantee and no chance of a refund BUYER BEWARE

Price is too good to be true.
Looks good, but don't touch it. Not of the same quality as most other wooden shutter manufacturers.

Rough, sloppy work and don't expect them to deliver a clean product.
