Bad experience with this company. Was looking for an exterior sign. Worked with John on a design and mock up. The design presented was great with lots of bells and whistles. When I requested another less complex design I was basically dropped as a customer. Never had this experience before with any other product/service provider. It was a first to not have a sales person stop talking to me leaving me with the impression that I was an inconvenience. An approach to doing business that Lovett Signs management and other potential customers should be aware of.

Cassandra Hudson from Camis software solutions had requested a new ground sign. She was looking for something very high end similar to the Microsoft sign easily found on the internet. This sign would roughly cost $20,000-$25000 which I had mentioned. After 6 revisions by our talented graphic department she finally then asked for a two post and stainless steel panel sign worth $500. The location of the sign was also requested to be put in a location which would not meet city bylaw. We had already contacted the city to verify what Camis could have and where it could be located. We are thorough in our processes, upfront about costs and very professional in dealing with customers. Sometimes walking away from an indecisive customer makes more sense. Our costs associated to the preliminary project review, meeting the customer on site, design time and estimating/quoting. $1000.00
