Excellent service

I had to be patient and wait a month only to be told: ...it doesn't work.

???
And I finally found out through Marketplace that the shovel had been sold to someone else, and nobody notified me?! So I requested an update, which ended with...it doesn't work.

In short, I don't doubt that there are good cases too...but for my part, I'm very disappointed with the service I received. A month's wait to be bypassed versus 24 hours elsewhere, and my case is accepted!?
