I got fully equipped with a klim jacket and pants from rec and I couldn't be happier with bother the product and the service I received. I had earlier purchased a pair of gloves from them and a seam had given away on them, they supplied me with a new set of gloves Right away. I won't hesitate to use these guys for all my future purchases. They seemed to be friends with half of their customers while I was there and that seems to be a testament to their friendly nature. Five stars!

Good selection but poor customer serice. Dont help with anything once they sell you something. Plus all the dudes at the counter are douches. My advice, dont buy anything that costs a lot of money at this place.
