We really like this store and most of the staff is friendly, but this particular day, im very dissaponted... As we were heading out i have mt toddler with me and someone came in and some wind from the door, shook one of their corkboard and it fell and hit my toddler on the forehead, the staff, looked at what happened and fix the board and ask me if my little one is climbing it, and walked away.. Didnt even asked my little who is crying cause she got a bump on her forehead. So being a mom, i felt that i have to say something, so i told the staff that they have to secure that so next time, no one will get hurt, another lady( a staff) coldly told me that my little one probaby moved it thats why,, i am so irate and told her that she can take a look at their camera if she moved it, cause she did not as it was the gust of wind that got the corkboard to fell. Again with no apologies and without even asking if the little one is ok... A little bit of courtesy goes a long way, im not asking for anything but letting them know for next time..theyre cold and rude, and this is a charity that i always donate.. Im very dissapointed.
