I called to ask for a quote, when I came in he said that price was higher and then tried to add a couple of things such as replacing the housing of the tubes. I didn't like his attitude so I walked away.

Bought a bike at the bike sale, salesperson was knowledgeable & friendly. They didn't have a pump to fill the tires, then I later found out bike has a bad tube. Had to replace on my own as it was too far for me to take it back.

excellent customer service.. they let you test ride bikes. The sales person is knowledgeable and they provide free tune ups..

but...

the bike that I wanted was over priced.. They said its 899 less 30% discount.. while the MSRP is less than the already discounted price. I did not the bike but I'd say thumbs up customer service..
