I got my bicycle tuned up at Cupolos and the mechanic lost my bike lock and refused to replace it. I was very polite on the phone asking for a replacement and the owner hung up on me twice. That business has zero customer service skills. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. There's a reason they keep going out of business and having to change locations!
