Just wanted to let you know that if you are looking for customer service at Champs sports you will not be pleased.If you are looking for employees with product knowledge you will not be impressed either. I shopped at this store twice and was not even greeted with a look or a smile or a Hello whatsoever. There were 3 employees working there all standing behind the cash and it looked as thought they were bothered by customers walking in. I helped myself to find a pair of 99.00 shoes for my 12 year old only to ask for the other shoe wish was missing in their stockroom...no apologies at all from the employee. I selected another style only for her to laugh and say it was a girl's shoe...it was a pair of black puma shoes that looked pretty unisex to me but again she rudely walked away and went to get the other shoe. I bought them believe it or not because my son really wanted them. The second night I returned to buy my other son a pair of shoes only to receive the same poor service...none that is...I was the ONLY one in the store and there were two employees who did not approach me again and I had to help myself again to find shoes on a sidewalk sale table. This time I refused to buy them for my other child because I WAS TOO UPSET AT THE LACK OF SERVICE. I will not shop there unless they are the only ones who would carry something I truly needed.
