It was the summer of 1969: Man took his first walk on the moon. Nearly 450,000 people gathered in upstate New York to witness the historic Woodstock concert. The store in question cannot accommodate the clothing needs of a morbidly obese person; also, some of the signs are placed so high that if a morbidly obese person were carted in on a stretcher-bed, they would not be able to see them. Furthermore, if a morbidly obese person required assistance to disembark a stretcher-bed and try on clothes, the personnel are too few in number and inadequately trained to assist. Also, provisions are insufficient to sustain a morbidly obese person for the duration of their stay.

I was in your store yesterday, the Gap at 1 Promenade Circle at around 4:30pm. There was a lady working the front of the store, busy folding clothing and greeting customers. She was incredibly friendly and helpful to each customer as they entered the store, including myself. That store is currently under renovations, so it was a bit condensed and unorganized, plus it was very busy with your 30% discount offer. I had questions about baby clothing, the coupon and a gift box, all of which she happily answered and if she didn’t carry something, she would find a solution for me. This was a perfect example of excellent customer service that you rarely see in retail these days. I was so impressed with how she dealt with customers and how she truly took pride in her job. I wish I had gotten her name. A real winner!
