Tourists beware of return policy
I purchased a bathing suit, sunglasses and an expensive brand of flip flops that aren't available in our home town. I stepped outside the store and put the flip flops on but needed a different size. They were willing to exchange them but didn't have the size I needed and they wouldn't return them even though I just made the purchase couple minutes earlier.
They offered me an in store refund which isn't any good to a tourist. I ended up having to spend $100 in store on other items I didn't really want or need, then go to another store to purchase the size flip flop I require. I had staff call the owner twice to explain the situation, very poor customer service!n
