I ride for west 49 flow team and they are nothing but awesome . I love the staff that work in our local shop and find it hard to believe that you were not able to find help! Personally ivhave had no problems and love the store!

My son has been into this clothing line for a while now. I just faced with a problem with a hoody that we bought in June we just washed it for the first time and to my dismay after just one wash on gentle as per the instruction it faded extremely badly. They were not willing to replace it. I had this escalated to a Manager Josh Davis in Toronto and he was to call me back and did not over 2 wks now. They have no customer service and do not back their products.
