I'm waiting for an Expresspost delivery. Here's the thing: WHY DID THE EXPRESS PACKAGE SPEND 24 hours ( THE ENTIRE WORKDAY AND MOST OF THE NEXT) sitting on the damn desk at the post office before they clued in and thought Hmmmmmm.... Maybe, we, as mailpersons, should MAIL this MAIL instead of chatting about Buffy and Tad or whatever you people do! I understand delays in transit- but receiving the (tracked) package at the post office (express) and just sitting on it and casually sending it out the next day? They received it the night before so they had from the MOMENT they opened to scan and send it. But no... Just make me wait an extra day instead. I hate Canada Post. I understand the logistical nightmares involved- BUT theses would be in the processing facilities NOT whether or not to put the damn mail INTO THE SYSTEM IN THE FIRST PLACE! Get professional.

Canada Post is the most 2-faced worthless mail delivery system ever! They refused to issue a key to a community mailbox to me as the owner and landlord of a new legal basement suite citing privacy protection issues saying that the tenant has to call in and authorize it. But then once the key and mailbox are assigned, when the tenant moves out, it is up to the landlord if he wants to keep the keys and give them to the new tenant or authorize new locks/keys. Stupid, stupid, stupid.

And with privacy issues... when we sold our previous residence and paid the too high change of address forms and mail forwarding for a year, for the next 6 months extremely sensitive mail was not forwarded to us! Thankfully the new owners were very honest and trustworthy and kept giving us this important mail.

You guys should be ashamed for taking Canada hostage for your needs. We (population) don't have that kind of power and we are somewhat happy. You guys only want more without any efforts. I will from now on try to avoid any distributions from you guys because you guys really make me want to puke. Go back to work and do your job ( dog *uckers )

I have been having a problem with Canada Post for 4 years. the delivery of our mail has been so low on the approval sail, it would hardly show up on the meter scale. We are getting everyone elses mail in the neighbor, we have been trying to resove this with no results. lately they change rural boxes on us, told us to remove our locks and use the new box. Our mail is still being put in the old box with no lock.

What I enjoy about this Canada Post location so much is the speedy service. It's right downtown and although the staff may not always be in the happiest of moods they are never slow!
