Grado is the only brand of headphones I wear now, after hearing their glorious quality. Unfortunately, it's not exactly a mainstream company, so it's impossible to find their products anywhere else in Regina. These people have a wide selection of products, and they managed to fix up my Grado headphones nicely when they broke after 2 years of CONSTANT use.
However, they lose a star because of their hours. Tuesday to Saturday? Honestly.

bad service..rude and arrogant..the lady thinks she knows it all...won't even sell you a cartridge because it has to be installed by them..better off buying from the internet than giving these jokers your money never going back

You're complaining about getting a free, world-class setup on your turnatable and cartridge from someone who's setup thousands of turntables over many decades? Why in the world would you refuse a free service that is only available in a few places in entire world? Get real. My experience with them have been nothing but the best service imaginable.
