Great facility but make sure your paper work and contact is gone over and if they make any suggestions or offers have them noted so all staff are aware or you may encounter some bad experiences. if you’re wanting the deposit back from the key provided they only do e-transfer and not the day of key return.

Although the initial contact with the company seemed fairly upfront and honest, the owner however lacks in professional etiquette, mannerism, customer service and is very quick to judge based on appearance and social status.
They will cancel your contract without delay or reason, call in the local authorities to deal with their own shady business ethics, assume one is living in the locker even with camera footage showing otherwise, blatantly violate your protected human rights, claim to be 24hour access but have their set rules where you can store your items but never go to retrieve them, misleading the public, stalk and spy on the people that go there, it's far from any form of business.
Go somewhere else. These guys are a farce

Not a really good experience, owner immediately stereotyped us and categorized us as vagrants, did not violate anything in the contract to warrant cancellation of the agreement, assumed when he should not have. Rude, beligerant and ignorant.

Very happy with this place. I had gone many years unaware of its existence because its nicely tucked out of site. The location is great, don't have to go to outskirts of town like some others are. The staff and management are wonderful :)
