Audra. The site manager, very helpful an always approaching us with a hello when we are at our locker..

Used the unit for few months to park my motorcycle. Liway helped me pick the best option for my needs and what could they do to give me the best offer. Very secure storage units, definitely recommended!

AVOID!!!

The online "Express Checkout" system failed entirely. My card was charged immediately, but the system failed to provide a locker number, access codes, or facility entry instructions.

Furthermore, the automated system called and disconnected twice.

Due to the lack of communication, I had to resolve the matter in person. The on-site customer service representative was unfamiliar with their own website’s express rental protocol and attempted to initiate a second paperwork and billing cycle.

No attempt at customer retention was made; the representative simply agreed to reverse the charge (which has NOT happened as of typing this.)

If you are moving to Calgary and require reliable, functional long-term storage, look elsewhere. The digital infrastructure is broken and the staff is untrained to handle it.

AVOID!!!

Liway was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our experience. She took the time to walk us through all the storage options and made sure we were able to look at every unit that could fit our needs. I was extremely pleased with their service. Very efficient, accommodating , polite and attentive to my needs. The storage unit provided for the time needed was excellent.
My car with all my belongings, as I was moving back to Toronto and had to store all my stuff until a shipping company could pick up my car with all my belongings and bring it back to Toronto as I flew back earlier, was safe at Sentinel. Arrangements were made with sentinel office at Pegasus location for mover to pick up car keys and storage locker key with no issues. Staff was exceptional in this matter. Excellent service Would highly recommend sentinel at Pegasus location. Very very pleased

Meghna helped us through the paper work and carry our things to the locker when we first arrived. She was super friendly and helpful with making sure the process was as easy as possible. Was super convenient when we collected our items as we could check out of the locker and only pay until that exact day making it super affordable and flexible! Overall great experience and would return again! Also Mj was super helpful in offering to call a taxi for us to the airport which was super helpful!

Needed to kept my luggage near airport, so I chose to rental a small unit at this location. Excellent staff, easy to access, recommend this business. BTW, you do need to purchase a cylinder lock.

I have no issues renting and storing my luggages and other stuff. I also stored my vehicle and no concerns at all. I am very pleased with the service provided by Sentinel and this location. It feels safe here and the gate is coded. I was also able to connect with the manager to extend my rental storage while I was away and out of the country. Excellent service. Until next time.
