Good service rooms aren't true to size 🙄 price is kind high. But its clean. I have one issue that ppl can sit there asalong as they want eve. If there is no cargo Indro t bay entrances. But if you work with Dylan, he will give you a good deal. And also is very, is understanding is willing to work with you in any situation that may arise?

Very exceptional customer service. Tessa helped me at the office. She was very helpful and kind!!! The kindness that is hard to find in customer service. She's amazing. I forgot which gentleman helped me on the phone, but he was awesome too. And for the storage, pretty standard.

Smooth account setup and friendly staff, only issue was the Google Maps opening hours are for the storage units at 8am, but the office opens at 9am.

Very easy to arrange renting a unit. They use a new lock system now so be prepared to pay an extra $20 dollars to purchase the lock. It is a more secure lock, so I was ok with that for extra peace of mind. The front desk staff team were all very friendly and helpful.

I am very happy with the service I received at Sentinel Storage (Central). The staff were very polite and friendly. They listened and accommodated my needs. All aspects of renting a unit were explained in a thorough and understandable manner. I made arrangements for a unit early in the month and when my moving date approached, I needed a re-orientation - no problem! When my initial unit was too small, I needed to get a larger unit - no problem! Thank you, Sentinel storage!

Storage was clean and easy to access. They had carts to make it easier to load and unload the unit. Hours for access were good. Only issues were on the day we rented the unit. It took over 2 hours to sign the paper work and be able to move our stuff in. I called and made a reservation and the customer service guy was amazing finding me a great deal and the size unit I needed. Sadly the in person staff(2 people) were under staffed for the amount of people in line. Each person took about 20-45 mins to serve so it was frustrating that the process was so slow after everything else was so simple.

I’ve used sentinel storage for a few years in several locations. Each location has been amazing, this location and its team have been nothing but the absolute best! Welcoming, helpful and super personable. I’ve loved knowing my things are safe and taken care of and getting to talk to the staff when we go in to our unit. It’s clear the staff take pride in the work they do and it matters to them. Karl and his team at the 119 st Edmonton location have been amazing and I highly recommend them!!

Had to move urgently and needed storage. Setup was extremely easy and quick, and it was sorted in about 1 hour. Move out was even easier, and stress free. Access hours to the facility are very reasonable so it was easy to move in and out within 1 day.

Overall, dealing with Sentinel has been hassle free and they have been very understanding and accommodating. I would highly recommend!

At first, everything was fine. Mind you, it was hard to find someone to come to answer the door during business hours. During one of me and my hubby's visits to put some things away and straighten the unit; I was injured. The lady who's name was never given to me, kept hollering at me as if the accident was my fault. I have been talking to my lawyer concerning the incident. No apologies either. Then during another visit, to find something, I stopped for a break, was having a light snack. One employee ripped open the door and asked what we were doing? I replied it was really none of his business. We gave them no reason to be "checking on us". Long story short, our contract was terminated!! I would suggest anyone looking for storage; anywhere but at that location. Terrible service. Took our money, look for any reason to terminate. Easy to see they scam people that are in the process of moving thinking we are too busy to notice why.

Mistook for a homeless shelter for the amount of bums in here. I was hesitant to put my stuff here when I first toured but after first hand seeing the types of people who share this space- there's no way. Taking my things out ASAP! Gross gross gross. They obviously do 0 background checks, like I have no idea how they let this fly. I guess desperate for money,

BTW customer service sucks. They say they're open but when you call the office nobody picks up. Also they'll always screw up your invoices. There are brand new, way cleaner, and better managed storage rooms far west Edmonton such as U-Hauls new location that I highly recommend. Thank me later.

This location has a great team of people and thankful for their great customer service. I’m very grateful for the help and making the process easy for me. Moving can be stressful as it is and the team made it easy to move to another unit when I discovered one of the walls in my unit fell down and the neighbouring unit could easily access my things because the drywall fell over since the screws came off. The one thing I didn’t like was that the units walls were only separated by drywall and aluminum studs. This building is secure and well lit and had 3-4 bay doors to move things in and out of and lots of dolly’s. I would rent a storage unit again here in the future. My advice to anyone is make sure I don’t keep anything valuable in it and always get the insurance from them and tell your insurance company just in case anything gets stolen.

Amazing people that go above and beyond. Extremely kind, helped my mother in with her wheelchair. Even helped us get to our hotel when we were lost! 10/10, best storage in the city. Extra points for the dope statue outside and the dope moustaches of the employees.

Despite contacting the wrong company instead of the recommended storage facility, from the moment the representative answered my call, it was evident that my search for a quality unit had come to an end . By the conclusion of the representative's sales pitch , I was very impressed with the customer service. The representative was cheerful, professional , knowledable and very helpful. I was offered a enticing welcome package and a great monthly rate which was much less than my current storage rates.
One of the best aspects that i liked was that Im not required to press 1 press 3 press 5 and end up talking to a computer & very frustrayed. I actually get a friendly human voice on the other side of the line that's happy to talk to me. Id rate it 10 stars plus.
