Loved these guys. It was my first time renting out a storage unit and they were beyond pleasant and easy to work with. Especially the ladies at the front desk, I only got one name, Orysia, but both her and her colleague were super friendly and helpful. Just straight up good customer service here.

Staff were extremely friendly, the facility was very clean and well kept. It was easy to get set up and I think it’s good value for your money. The company itself does not let you bring your own lock, so expect to pay an extra $20 for that and $29 as a one time admin fee, making it essentially a $50 start up fee on top of the cost of the unit.

We had a fantastic experience with Orysia at Sentinel Storage on 63rd Ave. She was able to get us set up with a spot to store our trailer for the weekend on short notice. The service was friendly, quick and convenient. We would definitely go back again!

I had the most amazing experience with Sentinel storage at 9920 63 ave Edmonton. Hailey & Laura & Orysia I believe there names was are very welcoming and helpful they explained everything from the company to the price an how they operate. Hailey helped me throughout the process and walked me to the locker showed me how to use the new lock they have. And how to lock and unlock the overhead door and how to use the code to enter & exit the building. I recommend Sentinel Storage to anyone that’s in need to have a safe space to store there belongings…

can’t say enough good things about Laura and Hailey! They are super friendly, helpful, and just genuinely nice people. They made the whole process easy and stress-free from start to finish for my dad. They took the time to answer all his questions and made sure he got the right storage unit for what he needed. The place is always clean and feels really safe, but what really makes it stand out is the staff — they truly care about their customers. It’s not often you get service this good anymore. I booked my storage unit over the phone and the agent didn’t give me all the details, but when I arrived, Haley was super nice and helpful even though I showed up at the last minute. She explained everything in detail, gave me a tour of the building, and was proactive and friendly in engaging with me.

First of all to begin, I would like to express my gratitude to Hailey for being the first welcoming voice I encountered at this establishment. (and the young lady sitting beside her LC) However, following my conversation with her, I was referred to the store manager Dorinda. Dorinda's demeanor has been consistently unpleasant since day one. Her stern expression alone is enough to deter me from ever returning to this location. A friend of mine fell behind on payments, resulting in the unit being sent to collections. I arrived at the location prepared to arrange payment, only to be met with obstacles at every turn by Dorinda. She provided no assistance and essentially dismissed me. When I requested contact information for her superior, she rudely refused to help. Fortunately, Kyla was able to provide me with the information and work out a plan. Despite this, the unit still went to auction. Upon receiving the unit, I asked Dorinda for a one-day extension, as permitted through the appropriate channels. However, Dorinda denied my request. On the day I was scheduled to clear out the unit, I was involved in a car accident. When I asked for a one-day extension due to the circumstances, Dorinda refused, claiming she couldn't reach a manager. Dealing with her has been an incredibly negative experience, leaving a lasting bitter impression of the Argyll location.

Facility itself is extraordinarily clean and the access to the facility is very straightforward with the side office which is convenient for customers who are first doing their orientation interview with the knowledgeable and very outgoing friendly staff they have employed they are courteous and their willing to make your storage selection go smooth nice people and yeah very courteous you need more parking

Every interaction I’ve had with the staff here has been amazing. The facility is clean and exceptionally well-managed. The only downside is that it’s not cheap, but they do have running promotions which is great if you’re only looking for short term storage.

Special shoutout to Laura, Sabrina, Hailey, Arisha, and Chantel (who I spoke with at their call centre.) They all made the process very simple and were incredibly kind on top of everything else!

To the Sentinel executive team, your 63rd Ave location is doing a fantastic job. They are awesome & easy to talk to. Your AI, “Danielle”, is not. Please stop trying to replace human connection with LLMs; this is not the way forward. Consumers are largely against the forced utilization of AI, and the data shows this.

Highly recommend the Edmonton Argyll location for storage needs. Had a great experience with the staff in the office at this location and the machinery (lifts, doors, and moving tools) were always in good condition, worked, and the space was always clean and the climate control protected our belongings between moves. Was with sentinel for one year, no complaints. Would use this location again.
