I have rented from Annacis Lock Up for years but have notice for awhile now and haven’t made a review about a staff member by the name Angie.
Majority of the visits i have made when myself or another customer walks in she is continuously on her cell phone and a few times i have overheard her bullying the other women that work there.
I have came when she seemed to be busy with a man maybe that works there or rents there or her boyfriend possibly but they walked out to the main entrance area and looked like they were having some alone time somewhere customers or staff cannot see. But that’s an assumption not seen what they were doing behind that door but it seemed obvious from my stance.
Her actions are very noticeable and if I see these things while coming to get an item from my locker and while I do visit frequently it’s not everyday. So I annoy imagine if I see something wrong as in bullying staff or harassing staff or kinoodling with a male at work. Someone has had to bring this to the managements attention at some point. At least I hope. If I do not see any improvements from her treating her coworkers respectfully or if I see her being touchy with a male at her work place. I don’t believe I want to rent from here any longer unless she is released from her position. And is taught to have work place and customer service respect and dignity, she shouldn’t be kept.
It has made me feel very uncomfortable hearing her choice of words to her co workers.
She needs to be spoken to urgently.

I stored my belongings here for 3 years and had a great experience the entire time. The facility feels very secure with monitored alarms and code-gated access, which always gave me peace of mind. The onsite customer service was friendly, helpful, and professional whenever I needed anything. The property is always clean and well maintained, and the prices were very good compared to other places. An assortment of storage options. Competitive pricing. If you are looking for trailer/vehicle storage contact them well in advance of the date you need as they often have a wait list.

Annacis Lock-Up Storage were really good. They gave me a fair price to store my car in a gated and secure compound and were no fuss throughout my travels abroad. They were flexible and easy going and the office staff always seem happy to help. I had a flat tire on retrieving my car and one of the staff helped me pump it up and got me going. I would recommend to anyone and happily use their facilities again. They also have a good closed storage area too, prices also seems really good for a huge and well maintained 5 x 8 lock up.

Annacis lock-up storage facility is the best storage facility that l have ever seen. Friendly and competent staff, l felt safe leaving the contents of my home there. It's also very clean.

The team at Annacis are laterally a Godsend.
I had a few vehicles delivered to the port and was completely unprepared to receive them all at once being out of province.
Faydra, was able to get me space for all of them while I worked out the logistics of moving them to the next province.

They have always been extremely professional and accommodating during my time using their services.

I got a storage unit that is really big at Annacis Lock-Up. I had 2 large units at UHaul on SE Marine Drive. During the pandemic with people struggling financially, UHaul decided to raise their monthly rates by $10 for each of my 2 units. I got the one at Annacis that could put all the stuff from 2 units into 1 and it saves me $100.00 per month. Staff are great, helpful, and friendly. I am so happy there.

The staff at Annacis Lock-Up are helpful and understanding.Their storage fees are fair and reasonable. My husband stored his 20’ container there for 11 years. When he developed dementia I took over managing his monthly payments, and the storage personnel were very accommodating. six months ago we cleaned the unit; it took months. Again Annacis Lock-up were great in suggesting how to sell it, and how the new owner could remove the SeaCan. The site is well run, easily accessible and very secure.

We have just finished renting two storage units here (no longer needed them) and have been very impressed with the service and facilities, from start to finish. The storage units were very clean, the building is well maintained, safe and easy to access. The on-site carts and dollies were a bonus! The staff has been terrific - knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with. If we ever need rental storage units again, they will be our first call! Highly recommend.

The facility is amazingly clean and organized. There are always carts available at the doors where you load/unload and easy to navigate throughout the building. They take pride in the facility no doubt! Wonderful customer service and support whenever I needed their assistance and the on-site team is always very friendly when you encounter then during visits.

Dwayne is top drawer hands down !! I was only here renting a spot for 18 months but all the staff are super friendly but more importantly helpful. The gate and lights were always in good working order. Also for the area the price was very competitive...
