This is honestly the best storage locker facility in Vancouver (Kits is great too). The prices are great, service is amazing and you can move out whenever which really helps when you're not sure when you're trying to organize a move. Also the elevator is so cool it's massive and like those cool old ones from the movies.

Nothing fancy but the rates are great, it’s secure, and it’s conveniently located. Limited loading space, but other than that zero complaints during our 3 years.

I used this storage location two years ago, and Even though the area doesn't look safe from the outside, it's completely safe friendly staff and you can go anytime and has an elevator.. it's a trust worthy location.

Be aware that all of your belongings will smell like mothballs once removed from this storage facility. It will take time, effort, and money to remove from mattresses, clothing, fabric furniture, pillows, and linen. Affordable storage prices but with the added costs needed to neutralize the pungent odour or replace belongings, it isn’t worth it at all.

The staff here are quite amazing and wonderful people! I use them for storing things for my work and they also accept packages and shipments of all types. They'll even put it in your storage unit as well if you like. Prices might be high but the service, convenience and reliability of this place is completely worth every penny!

I have lived next door to Kits mini storage for 15 years and came to use them for the first time this past spring for a short time as I was going through a transition. The service was impeccable, so friendly and welcoming, they always went above and beyond to work with my needs. Andi and Rose (and Copper the resident dog) and occasional Carl are so friendly, personable and helpful, it made my experience - my first exposure to storage culture - so easy and supported, less daunting and overwhelming. I love that they have a discount for next door buildings. And I was a little intimidated with handling the super old school elevator at first but they walked me through many times until I felt comfortable and it was fun! In fact, they have become my neighbourhood friends, though I no longer have storage needs, I stop by often to chat and connect with Andi and Rose (and Copper the dog :)). I will definitely use their services again if needed. In addition to the ultra convenience factor (location, location, location), they have great security and I always feel safe there - so much so, when I sell things on Craigslist, it's my go to place to meet people. Keep up the good work!
