I would highly recommend Maple Leaf Storage. They were very helpful when I was looking for last minute storage of my work equipment. And the price was so good, I didn't even call anyone else. In addition, they were really helpful when I had to transfer ownership from myself to my work replacement. I made one phone call and they handled the rest.

Had some things stored here for just over 5 years. Everything was exactly as I had stored it, no dust even on any bins or boxes. Kelly, the manager was amazing! If I missed the payment due date, she always sent a reminder email so I could pay it before late fees were added on. When I was leaving the unit I needed a few extra days and she was very amenable and didn’t charge me for the extra days past my original move out date. I will definitely use this location again when I need to store or during a move.

Khushi is the best of the best. I lost my credit card and the auto-payment I had set up with it didn’t go through. I was worried that a late penalty would be charged, but she relieved me first and then explained the late fee procedure very clearly. She was attentive and also professional. We needed a place to store some items for three months, and after searching online and visiting several in person, we finally chose this self-storage . 1，Very affordable price; monthly price (not four weeks) , and online payments are supported. 2， Clean and tidy. 3，Very convenient access. If your storage unit is on the second floor (even better price), there is an elevator and large flatbed carts; the storage area has spacious aisles and two main entrances. 4，Lockers are open from 6 AM to 9 PM. 5，Safe and secure: password required for entry and out, and there are security cameras also. 6，If you need to move out, you only need to give one week's notice.

Manager Kelly was warm and friendly, patiently showing us the various sizes and prices of the storage units and how many items could be stored. She is very happy to provide customer service. Thanks.

The cleanest and best maintained self storage facility and unit ever!
Family and friends helping load and unload my possessions were amazed at how clean and well-maintained the unit and entire facility were at Maple Leaf Self Storage on Lougheed Highway.

The unit ceiling lights are a valuable safety feature illuminating the entire space ensuring I was never in the dark especially at the rear of the unit. I always felt safe despite my extreme exhaustion from moving cross-country particularly knowing that someone lives onsite as well.

Kelly the manager was extremely helpful, kind and professional in assisting with selecting the appropriate unit size for my needs. Her colleague did the same when I was considering outdoor storage options.

Maple Leaf Self Storage pricing was competitive, in a convenient location and my unit was easily accessible. This was the perfect self-storage option for me, as I was moving into the region and needed a space for storage as well as to sort and repack my furniture and possessions.

Kelly the manager is the most kind, helpful person! She helped me pick the best storage unit for my needs and it was a rate I could afford! She made the whole process very easy and the unit held all my belongings perfectly and was very clean. I called and emailed around looking for the best storage fit- the team at this location had the best deal and was by far more organized and professional compared to other companies.
The manager took her time to clarify questions, walk through all parts of our contract and gave me a tour of the facility before moving in.
The facility is secure and has been clean whenever I’ve seen it. If I need storage again in the future, this is likely the first place I’d come back to.

We have always stored with Maple Leaf Self Storage in different cities. Among the many available, this one may be a bit older, but by far an excellent one. The staff and manager keep it CLEAN. With a 24/7 onsite manager, we never worry about security. They are also flexible and helpful. Drive up easy access, ample space.

Excellent customer service. Kelly was a delight to work with, she gave me the options and also saved me a nice ground level locker where I store things securely. Great facility with access codes to enter/exit and proper lighting provided in each storage unit. Much better peace of mind than storing in someone's garage or those highly breakable condo/apt storage units.

The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained. I really appreciate the secure and coded gate access, which has given peace of mind to think my belongings are safe and secure.

We rent a locker for 2 months and we had a pleasant experience with Maple Leaf Lougheed location. The staff there are super friendly and the locker is very clean and easy to access. We will definitely use them again if needed and would highly recommend this location to anyone who are looking for storage services.

Year 2024 we rented a storage again and their services are top notch as a year ago. This is our go-to storage whenever we need some extra space. Highly recommended!
