I had days to find a storage unit and move cities. They were super friendly and ver accommodating. Always smiling! No initials fees besides unit rent! It is nice to use a service with awesome people to make the experience that much better!

Contacted Totem Storage on Friday, February 12th about shredding 20+ bankers boxes of sensitive documents for our office. Jason called us back immediately and arranged for a 9am pick up on Monday, February 15th. Service was friendly, fast and professional. I would recommend this company to any other business which needs sensitive documents shredded. We will be using their services again in the near future. They have a client for life with us.

Totom Storage has the best rates and value that I could find in the Okanagan Valley. The customer service is top notch and I feel greatly appreciated as a customer. My husband Jason and I are current renters at Totem Storage. They are friendly and easy to rent a unit from. Our key broke on in our lock near closing time. The young lady on duty was quick to come and assist us. The broken key was easily removed from the lock. Our unit is well maintained. It is quiet and secure.
