Just went to look for my things (I'm a single mother with two kids) to find that they were gone. The payment was never removed from my card on the proper date. I called and left a voicemail for someone to contact me with my balance. Insane. I will be pursuing this further if they dont contact me and tell me where my children's things are asap.

I rented a storage locker with them. I found out that the business gave a key to a woman claiming to be my wife and I’m the only one on the rental agreement, i went to my unit last week and the lock was still in place. When I opened the door everything was stolen from my 10by20 unit. I called the cops and while investigating the cop told me that the live feed they claim to have on there website didn’t work. That was my only chance of getting my personal belongings back. When I call the company they don’t answer my calls. My whole entire life was in that locker and now it’s all gone because of the negligence of the company. They breached the rental agreement, not a wise place to do businesses with

I booked a U-Haul reservation through here on Saturday when I showed up I'm at my reservation time place was closed. I was not a happy camper. To say the least

They are one of the U-Haul dealers in Fredericton and at first I was impressed that they allowed me to come early before they opened. When I got there the lady that helped me knew nothing about it. They did not mention the prices before I arrived with the mileage, they did not come out and do an inspection. I was asked when I called to book on line and explained the site was not working. I explained I needed to be on the road early, needless to say I did not get out early at all.
Next time will try the other dealers in Fredericton.

I would be cautious if you decide to store with this company. I had a vehicle stolen from their Lincoln warehouse.
