Needed a unit fast during my move and honestly didn’t expect much, but this place surprised me. Talked to Yash and Peter at the desk and they actually took the time to figure out what size I needed instead of just pushing the biggest unit. Saved me like half the price for first couple of months doing that.

Pricing was solid too, plus a discount if you do auto-pay, no random fees tacked on later like some other places I called. They just told me straight up what I’d be paying.

Place itself is clean, gated, cameras around, and my unit wasn’t buried in the back somewhere. In and out in like 15-20 min for move-in.

If you’re shopping around, worth a look. Good prices and the guys there actually know what they’re doing.

I provided a 4 star before, however couple of days ago, when I went to empty my unit, I found someone broke into my unit, stolen my bag and few belongings. There's no CCTV evidence to track it, no lights in that unit, no one taking the responsibility. The worst experience however!!

The staff were always helpful and personable. The 10x10x8 was very managable in regards to the room needed for a 2 bedroom.
The older gentleman was always there for me.We developed a repore with him.
The young Punjabi lady helped us in the fact that she let us know that if we needed to rent a storage unit to come back again.
My wife liked the fact that the washroom was always clean.Without paper towel,Why?Patrons of the Storage Units stole the paper towel. That's too bad.I dried my hands on my T-Shirt.
