The operator is a scam artist, bent on ripping off every person that enters the door. DONT GO THERE! Here is why.

Intially ordered a storage room-found it was defective after a month, she charged me more for another unit, which happens to be an upgrade as the size I ordered was no longer avaliable, she blamed it on me for not seeing it at the time of visit.

With that new room and higher charge, new charges came in which was never explained to me.

I left my credit card information, she did not know how to use it. When I called her she said card was not working,then she retried it, the same card info worked, when I checked my card, she charged me one late fee.

When the next renewal date came, she did not use my credit card info that I had provided but charged me two late fees, against the contract rules.

There is no escalation within the company..

This is a company that is disgraceful and the operator should not be facing the public in any capacity.
