I was looking for a storage company and for some reason I found Dayton Storage on Collins road in Scarborough. I gave it a looksy and ended up talking with Margret (not too sure on the spelling, sorry). Margret knew everything off hand as if memorized. I was very impressed with all the information that she gave me. Explained everything which gave me confidence with this self storage site. From there, everything was easy peasy. If you are reading this, then you can not go wrong in choosing Dayton for your storage needs. Thanks guys.

The people who work here are some of the most aweful women I've ever met. They don't know what one or the other has said or not said but animate what they believe was said was said there are no set rules or regulations on time frames as far as the risk of when your stuff might go on the auction list and pick and choose when it will go on auction and thise times frames they choose et shorter and shorter not to mention when your in a hard financial situation and are extremely anxious about trying to pay the bill they have no issues being rude or ignorant with you even hang up on you. The facility is great the ability to go in and out 24hrs a day rocks butvifbyou get stuck inside.... your stuck till the am or till someone goes in or out again there is No after hours phone number to reach any employee to help you at all if you can GO ANYWHERE ELSE ANYWHERE

When we moved last week, we suddenly realized that we were going to need much more than the 10" X 10" storage locker we had rented at a competitor close by. I wasn't happy with their prices or customer service so we looked around to see if there was anywhere that had better rates and service. My husband called Dayton Self Storage and a fantastic rep named Dianne answered and gave us all of our options and answered all of our questions, assuring us that they could accommodate our needs and we were so pleased that it was a fair bit cheaper than what we are paying at the other place. We were treated like family from the moment we called until we received our 10" X 30" outdoor drive-up unit keys in person. We will definitely be moving all of our stuff into the Dayton Self Storage unit as we will only need one unit going forward and the service and price was far superior here. Thank you Diane for reminding us that excellent customer service still exists :)

Initially I booked online to reserve a spot, when I came in they couldn’t find my booking. They were very understanding and they were able to assist me with booking another unit and offered other options that would suit my needs. They were very pleasant to work with and got a chance to look at the space before finalizing the booking. Luckily We visited before our booking date and we sorted everything out. On the day of loading in the transaction was really smooth and everything went well and we were set up.

So far, I am very happy with Dayton Self Storage. I dealt with Jocelyn and Margaret. Both ladies have great customer service over the phone and in person. The storage facility itself is clean and their hours are convenient.
