Fantastic customer service! Always responded quickly to emails, and were super fast to get us our storage pod and remove it when we requested it. They were more than accommodating when a neighbouring house fire de-railed our entire moving day timeline. Would definitely recommend them for a storage pod rental.

Over the years ive used several different storage companies around town and ive got to say that Hanlon Park Self Storage is the best one around, no questions asked. Their prices are affordable and better than other local options and they price match other companies sale prices!! They are one of the very very few locations in all of guelph, kitchener, waterloo and cambridge that offers 24/7 access to your unit, code gated and the woman who works the front desk has got to be the nicest, most genuine woman, she sets a high standard for what customer service truly should be!
