Maple City Storage and Moving is an excellent service. Their storage units are clean and accessible. Their staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The office staff is very understanding and cooperative. Matt, who helped us unload the truck was very efficient, careful, and organised everything in the storage. He was also very polite and respectful in his dealings. I recommend their services.

Wow! I have previously moved across countries, continents and oceans and never have I experienced such a great moving crew! These guys hustled and completed the move in record time. Friendly, hard working and knowledgeable are just some of the words I would use to describe them. There was no damage, no issues and no wasted time! My move was very efficient and cost effective. Maple City Movers was able to provide a mattress cover, two wardrobe boxes and a flat screen TV box. They were also able to accomodate a date change which simplified having the sellers moving out on the closing date; I was able to move in the following day.

Maple City Mini Storage recently helped us move into larger apartment within Chatham and made things easy and stress free. Their quote was spot on, and they even came in under time which means money back in our pocket as they only charge for the time they use. The crew was friendly and professional and treated our belongings as if they were their own. The office staff are super friendly and helpful as well. I needed a short term rental which I was able to secure quickly. The staff was helpful and ensured I had all the necessary information and answered questions I had. I was pleasantly surprised by the price as I had anticipated a higher monthly rate. I felt more confident leaving things in a secured storage facility. There were a couple of holes between the cement and storage unit itself, so it's a good idea to use bins. My items remained dry and in the condition I left them in.

I belong to a Service Club (Lions) affected by Covid and our fundraising was squashed. We were looking for a shredding company and a storage facility as part of our fundraising endeavours.. Maple City Storage provided everything we needed to help make our event successful while most accommodating. We look at Maple City Storage as a one stop shop...they provide storage, document shredding and rental trucks all for a very reasonable price. The owner Richard, his daughter Jacklyn and son were always helpful, friendly and very accommodating. I am glad that Iron Mountain Shredding recommended them!

I have been a customer of this Mini Storage for many years. Over the years my company has faced financial hardships and road blocks, and Richard and team have always made it their business to make sure we have affordable access to our storage, space for trailers, and at times Uhaul trucks at the drop of a hat.

Recently I was given a few hours notice that I had to remove stuff from one of my commercial ventures, and Richard / Katelynn stepped up and made sure to get me a 20ft Uhaul. The process took less than an hour from start to finish and I was ready to go.
