I had to book two storage units at the last minute because our home purchase was up in the air due to an unexpected issue just before closing. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and understanding throughout the entire process. They made what was already a very stressful situation so much easier.

Thankfully everything worked out and we didn’t end up needing the units, but cancelling was quick and hassle-free. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish, and I really appreciated the kindness and professionalism during such a hectic time.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Access Storage Whitby to anyone looking for storage with excellent customer service.

Excellent space and great service! Over 6 years of renting and never ran into an issue. The staff is friendly and the common space is always clean plus the security measures always gave me peace of mind that my things were safe. Definitely recommend.

I've had a great experience at Access Storage in Whitby. The staff, in particular Lindsay, who was very friendly and professional. The facility is very modern and easily accessible during convenient hours and secure at night. The rents are very affordable and I got my first month free!!. Check them out before any place else.

I've done business with Access Storage previously at another location; however; this location is by far the best I have experienced for 1 main reason; BRANDON is the reason. This gentlemen that works here is very passionate and went above & beyond for me personally. We ran into some "SPACE" issues with storing 2 of my vehicles, but he solved the problem right away by providing me with a larger Vehicle storage even though it was not his fault. He also paid the difference in price out of his pocket which is incredibly generous of him. He really made us feel special and appreciated. priceless.

I will be a very LONG-TIME Client due to this honorable young man (BRANDON). I am working on bringing over my 8 other vehicles for storage with Brandon at this specific location in the VERY NEAR future once I can coordinate the transportation for them. Access Storage; you are very lucky to this young man represent your company. He is a rare Gem & I hope you know/realize that.

Marilynn, the assistant manager at this location is wonderful to deal with. Such a friendly, kind and patient person. To be honest she would be an amazing manager 😉. I rented a unit from this location and when I went to get all my belonging they were covered in mold . The owner is claiming we opted out of the rental insurance which isn’t true I have the receipt stating my insurance was 19.99 a month .do not use this storage space!!

It was everywhere all over totes . Clothing,furniture and more
