UNBELIEVABLE! Had to re-edit to give even less stars!!

I secured an outdoor storage space at one of the Paris locations with their "pay up front for 3 months & receive a discount" promotion. I received an emailed receipt, but nothing more. I waited and waited and eventually had to call in order to get a code to enter the storage facility.

There was a number of empty slots within the complex at the time so I inquired about possibly moving to another slot for convenience as well as inquired about potentially renting a second space also. Reena was very hard to communicate with via email. She continuously left my questions unanswered and appeared unprofessional in nature. I ended up giving up out of frustration.

1.5 months later I got a call that my account was overdue. I explained that I was no informed of literally anything regarding my lease, no payment due date, no amount owed, no discount expiry notice, absolutely nothing. I asked to have the information emailed to me.

Reena sends me a copy and paste from their website of how to pay your bill. I wasn't able to log on to my account online because I never received any login information in the "welcome email". I asked Reena for more information, including how I can sign on since getting anymore details out of her is like pulling teeth, all she responds with is "129.95".

Even calling to speak to someone in their head office was really challenging for them to comprehend. This is one of the absolute worst companies I have ever come across.
