They emptied out our unit before the end of our lease and rented it to someone else, regardless of the fact that I had paid for it for the full month. Only found out when we couldn't get into our unit to empty it before our lease end the next day.

They said that empty units should be rented out to someone else to use, even though it was ours and paid for. I could rent a unit and decide to leave a piece of paper in there if I wanted, it shouldn't be any of their business, the space is paid for.

If you want to have such ridiculous rules make sure to note it on your lease terms. Would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend this place to anyone I know.
Take your storage needs to a bigger company that can actually offer you some customer service, this local business isn't worth the trouble.

we had a 4 pin trailer lighting kit installed a number of years back and, still, we are finding damage. Initially we challenged the owner as they damaged the cargo compartment of our vehicle. Prino's owner denied everything (surprise, surprise) and we got tired of the runaround so we moved on vowing never to return. Now I've found my trailer running lights don't work unless the lights on my vehicle are turned on the night setting. Doesn't seem right as I would expect trailers to have the same daytime running lights as any other vehicle. And, I also suspect they broke our centre console in the vehicle. Obviously it was removed, clips broken, insulation removed and never replaced. It had to been them because no one else has touched that portion of the vehicle.
Do yourself a favour....stay away!
Ps...I had to give them a star rating, but this site doesn't have a negative range...otherwise I'd have put in -5 stars.

no return calls
no respect of sale contract.
bad repair and overcharge
