Don’t store anything of value, even if you have stuff in totes. This place is full of mice and constant mice droppings all throughout our belongings. Just had to toss a bunch of things. They won’t cover any damage.

I rented a storage locker and it was well priced and easy to rent. I went to use it and there was an issue with the locker mechanism, they got me into another locker within minutes and Jake called me on Monday to follow up on the situation and offered something for my inconvenience. Talk about great customer service.

I’ve bought over 500 storage lockers on auction. I know junk units happen. This was not that. This felt like an inside job.
The locker was blatantly staged to drive bids — two safes and “valuable-looking” items placed right at the front. When we arrived, both safes were empty, and there was a third safe already drilled out. Jewelry boxes all emptied. The entire unit looked thoroughly gone through. After the first 15–20 feet, it was almost entirely garbage that we had to pay to dispose of.
This wasn’t bad luck. This looked picked clean and dressed up for auction.
Then it got worse.
While I was doing a dump run, two employees approached my wife and offered us another locker “for free” — but only if we agreed to take everything. They were holding a stack of gift cards and casually asked her if she knew how to check the balances. The audacity of that question, given what we had just experienced, was unreal.
I don’t know if the owner is aware of what’s going on here, but based on what we saw and how the staff behaved, buyers should seriously question the integrity of these auctions.
After 500+ lockers, this is the first time I felt legitimately ripped off.
Buyers beware.

This was my first time using a self storage option while moving and I got to say the team at the Stow-it Self Storage made the process super easy. I got in during one of their promo's (first month free) and what a money saver it is! Stress free. We rented the 10x8 Storage Vault and I'm very happy with our choice. It fit our living room and 3 bed rooms furniture in it.
