The lady that owns it ruby is a very horrible person doesn't know how to treat people and threatens people with the dog she has on-site She should not own a business let alone deal with people.

I had called in advance go.book a unit. Went the following day to file paperwork and the unit I reserved, was rented to someone else.
But I had called multiple times with no answer or returned call.

I had such a pleasant experience with this storage facility. Ruby and her husband completely went out of their way to help us out. Just wonderful people and kind. They have a great business going and I would recommend them 1000%. I felt like my items were safe and it was clean. Dont be afraid to Express your need as they will try to help you the best they can.

Had a unit at this facility for many years, well kept, secure, reasonable prices, content insurance a must just like renting an apartment. You never know who your neighbors are ! But overall I was very happy with the service I payed for. Also the units are fairly new, video surveillance & controlled entry.

I had my belongings in here for a couple years and never once was told to buy insurance. Learned the hard way when all my belongings were lost due to arson in another unit. Sadly nothing was covered by the owner who said to me after the fire, "I'm not going to charge you for this month" Are you kidding me lady!!! Lost all my recently deceased husbands belongings and she says that to me while I'm standing there crying.
