The prices are very misleading when they give you a quote. Asked the price to rent a tool, accepted the quote of $49 but when I saw the actual invoice there was a huge difference ($160 ). They are much more expensive compared to other places for the same tool.

They also took a $400 deposit and when I brought the tool back 2 hours later, they told me that it would take a minimum of 3 DAYS to get my deposit refunded!!! Absolutely will NOT be going back here

Went today for my first rental and the lady working customer service in the front was extremely rude and seemed to be more concerned with having a conversation with her colleagues instead of paying attention to her clients. Asked her a couple of simple questions and she seemed very annoyed and I got the sense that I was bothering her. If you don't like your job you should quit it.

Staff very polite gave help and explain how the tool work. After returning the equipment the were very welcoming. Will definitely return to Anjou Simplex location.

Service could be better but it's a tool renting place wasn't expecting more then that. I rented a chainsaw everything was fine.

Price they give you doesn't include all the hidden bells and whistles. Ended up costing me almost twice as much when I returned the merchandise. Last time doing business with these guys.
