P.S. for replying party - Funny how you stressed how important this was to you — and still no answer. That’s quite a hypocritical reply! Did you really expect me to wait that long to book storage? 10 days! You’re not the only option around. I’ve already gone with a company that knows how to respond on time.
Absolutely do NOT recommend dealing with this company!
They simply ignore emails — no response for days. The advertised promo codes appear to be misleading, as there is not even an option to enter them anywhere during booking.
You’re clearly drawn in by a low advertised price that does not actually reflect what you end up paying. Once you proceed, additional fees start appearing, and the final cost is significantly higher.
Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. Feels intentionally misleading!

The space is always clean, well-maintained and secure. The staff is friendly, professional and always willing to help, which makes the entire process easy and reliable.

We rented here from Spring 2020 - March 2022. The first year was fine, but this year we arrived to 3 inches of ice/water covering the entire cement floor of our outdoor unit. We have lost all belongings that were not in plastic bins. If you rent here, be cautious and protect your belongings properly.
