We've been introduced to Aquacade through family and have purchased a Hot Tub, Pool heater. We are new to owning an in ground pool. We have since had the opportunity to speak or to deal with all the employees who are knowledgeable and professional. They take the time to listen and provide the best solution at the most reasonable price. Great service is hard to come by and the Aquacade team surpasses our expectations.

When ordering a pool liner, staff were very nice, but clean up from an installation of my inground pool liner was a mess. Concrete was left on my interlocking driveway. Extra sand that was ordered was left on my lawn, killing my grass (would have appreciated it being left on my interlocking brick driveway instead of killing my grass). No one called me from the store after the installation asking me how things went...for the $6,500 pool liner. I am extremely disappointed with aquacade.

Last summer we had an inground pool installed by Aquacade Pools. From the initial consultation, to the site visit, to the install and the show and tell when it was complete.....David and his crew were absolutely amazing!!!

They were on time to every appointment, courteous and professional. They had great tips, techniques and advice regarding the entire project.

Once it was finished, they even called to make sure everything was going well and to see if we had any questions.

So this winter we decided to add to our awesome backyard by getting a hot tub. We did our research online to check out different brands and thought, why not go back to the place we were so happy with during the summer.

BEST CHOICE WE MADE was to go back and see them again!!! They already knew the layout of the yard and picked the perfect place for our new Hydropool Hot Tub!

If you're looking to add a pool or a spa to your home, make sure you give these guys a call. They are and honest, professional family run business that care about their customers and will go above and beyond to make sure everyone is satisfied in the end!!!

Aquacade Pools & Spas is THE best place to buy a hottub from no doubts. I found this out the hard way.....I used to have a Dynasty spa and the service was horrid I would call to get something fixed and never get answers or calls back finally I got rid of that tub and bought from Aquacade and never looked back. They have water testing stations, good hot tub habbits night, and customer appreciation nights! If your in the market for a tub Look no further
