The service you will recieve at Taunton pools is second to none. Nick in particular is a true pleasure to deal with. It is very clear this true professional actually cares about the customer and making them happy. Nick Is EXACTLY what customer service should be. Hats off to you Nick! The world needs more of you!

Plug left in my line. When I went to prime pump it sucked it into line 1/4" and was horrible to get out myself. Randy said he was sending them back but they never showed up. He argued that it was a plug and when I said it had rubber and a metal washer end. He had attitude. Argued that 300 was a great deal to "open pool" pool unfilled, and dirty leaves throughout pool saying cleaning was extra. Ohhhh and I lit pool heater and picked out Styrofoam plugs that came in through pump. But I had no right to be mad??? Terri me customer service. But he's been in business "many years". Carribean pools cleaned my pool, came as soon as an issue. Sad their # changed. They provided service and went above and beyond. Taunton pools never came back. Carribean pools would have cane by asap. I've attached a pic of plug left.

They really need to up the customer service skills of the lady that answers the phone. She just comes across as uninterested in your business and not interested to inquire to help out. She's not pro-active to try to help. Makes you feel like you're a bother to them.
I went into the store and spoke with some guys in there, they were generally friendly and helpful.

We had our pool installed last summer, as soon as we walked into their store they are very professional. The sales people were very helpful and helped us out with what type of pool would suit our backyard.They also said they could have the job started by a certain date and they came through.The workers that showed up were very organized and well mannered...they also had the pool installed in just a couple of a days.We had searched several pools companies prior finding Taunton Pools, I highly recommend this company to everyone you can relay on their services!

I have never been treated so rudely by a store emplyee, never mind that I find out she is the manager. I walked out shaking after very rudely being told to 'be quiet, listen and you might learn something'. I called the store after to have my name removed from their computer as a new customer. I asked to speak to the manager and it was the same woman who had been so rude. When I told her to remove my information because I did not appreciate the way she treated me, she hung up on me. Will never enter that store again and hope that others complain when they are treated poorly too. People like that do not deserve to be in any kind of management position.

WE WILL NEVER USE THIS POOL COMPANY AGAIN. THEY INSTALLED THE LINER POORLY ON OUR ABOVE GROUND POOL. BEFORE THEY HAD FINISHED THE JOB THE LINER WAS PULLING UP ON ONE SIDE OF THE POOL. THE OWNER AND INSTALLER WERE BOTH AWARE BUT REFUSED TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THEY WOULD HANG UP ON OUR CALLS OR REFUSE TO CALL BACK. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A POOL COMPANY THAT HAS BEEN IN THE BUISNESS FOR MANY YEARS.

After dealing with the competition just down the road for 5 years and very unhappy I will stay with Taunton pools. Customer service is excellent and they know what they are doing!!! Keep up the good work.
