There isn't a rating low enough for this business.
Since last fall I have been trying to get service on my hot tub and as of 04/24/09 they still have not come out to fix the problem, even after many atempts to get them out. (this is not a warrenty issue but is, a paid for service) I even went far as asking them for the name of another company who can fix one of their tubs - hoping that it might shame them into action, but again no action on their part. Calls to them requesting that Darren call me back so we can figure out what to do has failed.
In my opinion if you want to spend your money and never get service, then stick with Moose Mountain. If on the other hand you want someone to resond to your request, go somewhere else.

Moose Mountain hot tubs was the worst money my husband and I have ever spent!!! I have had nothing but problems. Thank good ness we bought the 10 year warrenty (if they are in business that long) as we have used their "services" 10 or so times. Although getting them out to service the hot tub is another problem. If only Darren paid his workers so they would stay. Darren is a con artist and is no better than one!
