ClearWater installed a pool liner in our pool which cost almost $4, 500 and within days, dozens of wrinkles and bulges began to appear all around the walls. They blamed ground water and offered to try to fix it for an extra $150. In the meantime, we had to add water daily to keep the water level up. One year later we find out from another company that ClearWater covered over the main drain with the new liner, but failed to block off the line. This cost us another $350 to have that repair fixed. What had been happening, water was pooling under the liner. We are totally ashamed of the appearance of our pool, and the company has not even attempted to compensate us, or correct the problem in anyway! I would never, ever recommend this company.

I really needed my pool water tested since I was having a family gathering. I brought in my water sample and the rude older lady refused because I did not purchase anything at their store. Really?! It wasn't like the place was busy! Went to Aquatech on Regent and had no problem.
I will never set foot in this place again!

I was getting my car windshield repaired next door so I thought I would check it out. My first impression was a fairly big store but empty, no customers. I got a water test and bought a few parts for my pool. The second time I went there I asked for a phosphate test and I was told that they couldn't do it for me. The bald fellow (in a choking voice)said only for customers that buy there chemicals here. When the fellow said that it was only my second time there, now I know why there are very few customers there. How unprofessional, they really push the chemicals. I also overheard the same fellow tell a customer to not put in salt and turn on his chlorine generator until the pool was at swim temperature. That's funny my manual says that my generator will work at 50 F. It does every year and it produces chlorine just fine. The reason the fellow in the store doesn't want you to turn on your generator is because you can buy and use more of his product unnecessarily. I hope the customer that was told that reads this review. And if I heard that told to one person how many more were given that same bad info. It's a cash grab, beware.
