I first purchased a Titan Titanium Pool Heater from Titan Systems apx. 12 years ago. The Heat Pump has worked beautifully and has kept my pool lovely and warm through the late spring, summer and early fall. I have been very impressed with the Titan Heat Pumps.

Due to my own fault I have required the support of the Titan Systems company on two occasions. They have been extremely professional and have ensured that they have met my needs. I live in British Columbia and even though Titan Systems is across the continent in Ontario they have met my needs and shipped the necessary parts I required promptly and cost effectively.

I am very pleased with Titan Systems, and in particular, the service that owner Graham Bishop has provided. I am so thankful that I discovered Titan Systems!
