I have been going there for years and I find her prices very affordable and the work well done. I did have one time when it wasn't completed in time but I was polite and she did get it completed that day. It is a small shop and it has LOTS of business so it is understandable if sometimes things are delayed. Just call first

My daughter’s prom dress had an invisible zipper. There was a rip around the zipper on the inside of the dress which needed to be fixed. I was told by Debbie Rae's Tailor Shop that it is an easy fix. When I picked up the dress two weeks later my daughter was unable to fit in her dress!!! She could not open the zipper all the way, instead of fixing the rip SHE SOWED THE ZIPPER HALF SHUT, the original problem was not fixed. When we confronted Debbie Rae’s Tailor with her mistake she refused to listed and undo her work. She was argumentative and rude. Debbie Rae's Tailor Shop completely INCOMPETENT. BEWARE

Amen to the previous review. Over a month, seven trips to her shop, and we are still waiting! Couldn't even pick up the item to bring it elsewhere for hemming as its apparently at her home!! Stay away! This place is an exercise in frustration.

Having poor customer service is one thing (which Debbie Ray offers), but being very rude and lying about the working being done is quite another!
I was very disappointed with her and the way I was treated there. I was very patient the first time she told me to come and I went there - and my clothes were not ready, but the FOURTH time I became frustrated, of course. Then I reverted to calling before going, and she told me it would be completed the next day, but again it was not! So I went to pick up my clothes to take them elsewhere (now this has been one month!), and she was very rude to me, saying that I was cheap and calling me names. Totally unacceptable! On top of that she made me pay for the 1 thing she actually completed. Yikes! STAY AWAY!
